Silverado Resort in Napa, CA is seeking a Lead Mansion Lounge Server to provide exceptional guest service, manage wine organization, and assist with training new team members. The role focuses on delivering attentive, courteous service and driving guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will upsell food and drinks, handle cashiering duties, and participate in opening/closing procedures. Prior server experience and required California certifications are essential.
SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $17.90/hour, plus Gratuity and tips. The Lead Mansion Lounge Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests/members in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The role will assist the Management with training new team members, driving customer service scores and maintaining wine organization.
