Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and assist with questions.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience and guide members to fitness options.
• Support onboarding to connect members with available fitness offerings.
