Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent member service and communication skills.
• Accurate processing of financial transactions and balancing cash.
• Ability to open and maintain memberships and accounts.
• Familiarity with MCCU policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, accurate service and support to members while following MCCU standards.
• Process transactions, resolve problems and answer questions regarding accounts and MCCU products.
• Open new memberships, issue debit cards and explain ownership options to meet member needs.
• Maintain member information and perform account maintenance including fraud and loan tasks.
• Balance end of day and assist with vault or cash devices as needed.
• Ensure compliance training and regulatory reporting are completed as required.
• Participate in branch meetings and community activities to promote MCCU.
