Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to members and associates.
• Process deposits, loan payments and other financial transactions.
• Open memberships (IRA, Business accounts, Fiduciary, POA) and issue cards.
• Maintain and update member information; handle account maintenance and fraud claims.
• Balance cash at end of day and assist with branch management tasks.
• Support training, compliance and staff meetings; participate in community activities.
