Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial transaction/processing and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels.
• Verify CPI during client interactions and maintain client records.
• Execute first call resolution and route to appropriate staff as needed.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining client relationships and identify needs.
• Proactively make outbound calls to members and staff to resolve issues and schedule referrals.
• Assess situations and provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining professionalism.
• Review accounts and identify cross-serving opportunities for product penetration.
• Identify potential fraud or security concerns and report accordingly.
• Assist with account setup, portfolio reviews, and documentation.
