Job summary

Young Living Essential Oils in Lehi, Utah is seeking an entry-level Member Services Agent to provide timely support to members through phone, email, and chat, while learning our products, systems, and policies.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with orders, educate members on products and loyalty programs, document interactions clearly, and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed. The position runs 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and company events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist members with general account questions, order placement, and basic troubleshooting.
• Educate members on products, loyalty programs, and basic policies.
• Document all member interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior agents or supervisors.
• Demonstrate consistent commitment to customer satisfaction and company values.
