Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist II in Wyoming. The role blends concierge duties with member services, including opening accounts, handling loans, and advising on Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland.

The RS II focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences and achieving service and revenue goals. Responsibilities span in-person and phone support, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with teammates to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar position with loan experience and meeting service and performance goals.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and NCUA regulations including BSA, Reg CC, Reg D and Reg E.
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consults with members, identifies needs, offers solutions and follows up on transactions.
• Opens new accounts/sub-shares, disburses funds, and processes loan applications.
• Maintains accounts, issues ATM/Debit cards, updates information and notary services.
• Recommends and refers Mortgage, Investment Services and Autoland where appropriate.
• Ensures branch is balanced and reports suspicious activity.
• Completes required training and participates in compliance modules.
