World Fuel is seeking a Network Experience Specialist to support the Air Elite Network. You will build strong relationships with Air Elite members, coordinate communications, and work closely with internal teams to enhance overall member experience.

You will help onboard new members, drive engagement, and support programs that maximize member value while delivering exceptional service. A proactive, organized approach and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer service, relationship management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Air Elite members.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with member organizations.
• Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and responsive support.
• Partner with members to understand their needs and help them maximize the benefits of the Air Elite Network.
• Support onboarding and training for new members.
• Coordinate member communications, program updates, and engagement initiatives.
• Help strengthen member satisfaction, participation, and retention.
• Support programs and activities that enhance the overall member experience.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to support member objectives.
• Monitor member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance network value.
• Help ensure consistent execution of Air Elite programs and standards.
• Track member activity and support strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
• Support membership agreements, renewals, and related processes.
• Assist with planning and coordination of member events, meetings, and recognition programs.
• Help ensure compliance with network standards and program requirements.
