• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Must be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Notary – State Certification Registered and serve as Notary Public required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences through comprehensive financial conversations and account setup.
• Educate members on digital tools (online banking and mobile apps) and promote self-service adoption.
• Handle a wide range of member transactions and account servicing with precision and care.
• Support business and lending relationships and assist with loan applications.
• Escalate complex issues with timely follow-up and ensure member satisfaction.
