Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences with members, assisting with account setup and identifying opportunities to strengthen member wellbeing.
• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend relevant products and services that drive engagement.
• Educate members on digital tools such as online banking and mobile apps and provide proactive follow-up to enhance convenience.
• Execute a wide range of member transactions and account servicing with accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment and timely follow-up, ensuring satisfaction.
