Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing complex transactions and account servicing.
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Exhibits sound judgment when processing transactions and addressing risk.
• Active listening skills to uncover member needs and provide guidance.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and digital tools.
• Notary and NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences for members.
• Assist with account setup and support lending and business accounts.
• Educate members on digital tools such as online banking and mobile apps.
• Execute a wide range of member transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex issues with ownership and timely follow-up.
• Support business and lending relationships and partner with internal specialists.
• Maintain proficiency in core front-line responsibilities through ongoing training.
