Qualifications

• Ability to listen to members’ needs and promote appropriate products and services.
• Knowledge of consumer lending and account opening/closing preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; familiar with core banking systems and mobile/tablet apps.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, conduct transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities like loans, cards, and online banking; meet sales goals.
• Process payments, transfers, withdrawals, wire requests, and stop payments.
• Assist with mail or email transactions, when available.
• Provide accurate information on products, policies, and procedures; assist with research or corrections.
• Review fraud alerts, manage cards (freeze/replace) and monitor online banking access.
