First Credit Union in Chandler, AZ is seeking a friendly Call Center/Member Service Representative. You will assist members in person, online, and by phone, handling transactions and building relationships to deliver an outstanding experience.

You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, post loan payments, and promote credit union services while maintaining accurate records and following policies. A helpful, patient communicator with attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual capabilities to include Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and enter transactions into systems.
• Process loan payments and maintain accurate records.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union services to members.
