Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience interacting with customers.
• Experience handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members to create a positive, efficient branch experience.
• Promote and refer credit union products to meet member needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments accurately.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct outbound calls to support outreach and relationship building.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault tasks under supervision.
• Record detailed notes of member interactions to support follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training and branch operations.
• Support staffing needs across locations as required.
