Job summary

VERVE A CREDIT UNION in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Member Solutions Support Specialist to provide clerical and research support to the Member Solutions department and other credit union teams.

You will handle filing, document scanning, notices, account maintenance, and monthly reports, while assisting with collection activities and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting collections operations within a financial institution.
• Familiarity with member financial solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and support services to the Member Solutions department.
• File, scan documents, and prepare notices or correspondence for collections.
• Complete account maintenance and submit monthly reports as needed.
• Assist with collection-related tasks and maintain confidentiality.
