Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and support services to the Member Solutions department.
• General filing and document scanning.
• Create and mail collection notices or correspondence (e.g., Right to Cures, HUD notices, deficiency letters).
• Complete necessary account maintenance as needed.
• Prepare monthly charge off loans for submission to collection agency.
• Gather, scan, and document mail for the department.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly Member Solutions reports and queries.
• Ensure related procedures are accurate and up to date.
• Provide information and assistance to members promptly.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.
