Job summary

Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a Member Solutions Officer to join our Contact Center team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier member service and guiding members through loan products, while acting as a liaison between the credit union and its members to identify best-fit solutions.

You will handle inquiries, assist with account openings, process loan applications, cross-sell ancillary products, and stay compliant with regulations as part of a growth-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in member solutions, financial services, or customer service.
• Contact Center experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by upholding brand standards and the journEASE experience.
• Assist members with account inquiries, requests, and complaints, including opening new accounts and providing product information.
• Process loan applications and supporting documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify lending opportunities by reviewing member credit reports and offering appropriate products.
• Meet or exceed loan production goals and cross-sell ancillary products such as GAP, Warranty, and Credit Shield.
• Support operations including opening/closing procedures and assist in complex issues in the branch manager's absence.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations including BSA/Patriot Act and OFAC.
• Build member relationships by explaining benefits of products and services.
• Complete required compliance, security, and professional development training within timeframes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
