First Credit Union in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part of our Teller team to deliver exceptional member service across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will perform routine transactions, build member relationships, and promote credit union services while upholding policy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Multi-lingual capabilities including Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional approach and provide timely, accurate service.
• Receive/check deposits, cash, and checks; enter transactions accurately into system records.
• Cash share drafts and withdrawals; verify identifications and balances.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union services such as electronic services, cards, accounts, and loans.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and relevant policies and procedures.
• Process payments and issue receipts; reconcile cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and adhere to security controls.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups for cross-sell opportunities and member engagement.
