Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Ability to operate on-line teller terminal and perform cash transactions.
• Willingness to build member relationships by uncovering needs and suggesting CU products/services.
• Development path to MSR II with learning and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operates on-line teller terminal to perform transactions; cash handling deposits/withdrawals, deposits/cashing checks and loan payments.
• Processes cash advances, cashier's checks, money orders, and similar transactions.
• Opens and closes accounts daily and balances at end of day.
• Verifies transactions and balances ATM daily as assigned.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of member information.
• Suggests CU products/services and refers members to appropriate departments.
• Performs drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned.
