Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a Teller (Member Services Representative I - Morristown Floater Market) to greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide courteous, accurate service at the Morristown South Branch and other local locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Cash handling and service-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner and provide prompt, efficient service meaningful transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within policy and established limits.
• Maintain cash drawer/cash dispenser with minimal discrepancies.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Issue money orders, debit card disputes, checks, and perform other teller duties as needed.
• Assist members with account information and provide product/service guidance.
