Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a Teller (Member Services Representative I - Holston) to greet members and provide prompt, accurate teller service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Starting range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with employer-paid health and dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for bonus and growth within a community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• Greet and welcome members in a professional manner and provide efficient teller service.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within policy.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies.
• Respond to member questions and problems regarding accounts, products, and services.
• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Educate members on e-banking and mobile/app services.
• Follow all Credit Union policies and procedures.
