Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller at our on-site branch. The schedule runs four days per week, 8:45am–7:30pm, with one Saturday per month from 8:15am–1:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Cash handling and service-oriented experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and provide prompt, efficient service.
• Process all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assist with account inquiries and maintenance and respond to member questions.
• Promote credit union products and services based on members' needs.
• Educate members on online banking and mobile applications.
