Job summary

Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller to greet members, handle deposits and withdrawals, and promote services across multiple branches in East Tennessee, including Bearden and West branches. The role travels to various locations as needed.

The position offers employer-paid health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, PTO, and potential bonuses based on credit union goals. Previous cash-handling and service experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cash handling and service experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members professionally and process transactions promptly.
• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within policy.
• Maintain cash drawer with minimal discrepancies and stay updated on applicable laws.
• Open/close sub-accounts, issue money orders, disputes on debit cards, and process checks.
• Assist members with online banking and mobile apps.
