The Teller will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account-related requests, while balancing the cash drawer and educating members on applicable products and services.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members in person and over the phone, providing professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Verify transaction accuracy and review documents for compliance.
• Assist members with account maintenance and updates.
• Balance cash drawer accurately at end of day.
• Educate members on products and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and confidentiality.
• Support branch operations and assist with projects.
