Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen member relationships with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions.
• Verify member identities and signatures; ensure accuracy of amounts handled.
• Sell negotiable items (money orders, official checks) and assist in daily proof.
• Cross-sell products and services by explaining rates, benefits and features.
• Maintain workstation security and report cash discrepancies or shortages.
