The role provides Langley members with impeccable service while accurately processing all types of member transactions and educating them on Langley products and services to help them save, borrow, and spend wisely.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Processes all types of transactions for members, including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account openings, and more.
• Processes cash transactions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists members with service requests and documents the interaction, following up via CRM.
• Educates members on Langley products and services, referring to internal partners.
• Mentors tellers and provides on-site training to colleagues.
• Safeguards members and the Credit Union by deterring fraud and theft.
