Qualifications

• An associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Six months of Teller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of monetary operations within the branch, ensuring funds are available and cash handling is accurate.
• Provides security overrides to other tellers and assists with escalated member situations.
• Opens/closes the branch when needed and trains staff on-site.
