Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full Time Teller at our Wards Corner Branch in Norfolk, VA. You will provide exceptional in-person service, process a wide range of member transactions, educate members on Langley products, and refer opportunities to internal partners.

You will work on-site in a fast-paced retail branch, using our core system, CRM, and DMS to ensure accuracy and compliance. A solid background in cash handling and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, including cash handling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes all member transactions accurately through our core system.
• Handles cash transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assists members with service requests and documents interactions in CRM and DMS.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Supports branch operations and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
