Responsibilities

• Processes all types of transactions for members, including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account openings, and other requests.
• Handles cash transactions accurately and adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Educates members on Langley products and services, referring to internal partners as needed.
• Mentors tellers and supports branch operations to ensure smooth service.
