Qualifications

• Greet members and respond to their needs with patience and professionalism.
• Explain account types and services to members.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Handle establishment of new membership and open accounts.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep reports like vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, and coin sorter.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Process cash deliveries and shipments weekly.
• Answer phones and perform clerical duties.
• May train in other areas.
