Job summary

Blackhawk Community Credit Union in Janesville, WI is seeking a Regular Full-Time Teller to greet members and provide friendly, knowledgeable service while handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions.

You'll maintain product knowledge, perform accurate cash handling, balance at day's end, and refer members to appropriate staff for loans and investment services, all while protecting member information and supporting daily Branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Teller experience or equivalent customer service is preferred.
• Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and provides friendly service.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and negotiable instruments.
• Maintains knowledge of BHCCU products and processes.
• Balances cash at end of day and completes reports.
• Recommends solutions or refers to appropriate staff for loans/investments.
• Ensures confidentiality and adheres to BSA requirements.
