Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Understand and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly teller and related services to members with a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in balancing the ATM when needed.
• May train to open/close duties under supervision.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other branch positions.
• Attend training at headquarters or off-site locations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
