Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cash-handling experience with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems

• As a Teller, greet Members with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions
