Job summary

BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, OH is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members with transactions, answer questions, and explain credit union products to meet needs. You will cross-sell relevant services while delivering quality service aligned with BMI FCU standards.

The MSR role is full-time with approx. 40 hours/week, requiring flexibility across a Mon–Sat schedule and occasional travel to branch locations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and wires.
• Assist members with basic account inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Develop and deepen member relationships.
• Travel to assigned branch locations as MSR.
