BMI FCU is hiring a Contact Center Representative in Dublin, OH. The role handles member inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information and troubleshooting support to improve the member experience. Flexibility to work 40 hours weekly, with shifts between 8am-5pm and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of BMI FCU policies and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.
• Provide information, support, and issue resolution to enhance member experience.
• Identify opportunities to introduce BMI FCU products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of BMI FCU products and services and troubleshoot online access issues.
• Handle sensitive information with care and verify caller data when necessary.
• Assist with online banking access and card/ACH issue resolution.
• Support operational processes for Center activities and opening/closing procedures.
