Job summary

BMI Federal Credit Union (BMI FCU) in Dublin, OH is seeking a Member Service Representative to assist members with transactions, answer inquiries, and advise on Credit Union products. You will maintain accuracy with cash handling and uphold BMI FCU service standards while traveling to branch locations as required.

This MSR role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities, compliance with banking regulations, and delivering friendly member experiences in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work a varied work schedule.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wires).
• Assist members with account inquiries using account history in system.
• Expand member relationships by explaining Credit Union products.
• Manage own cash drawer and balance daily transactions.
• Ensure quality control across member services processes.
• Provide operational support across servicing platforms (online opening, RDC, etc.).
• Follow BMI FCU policies and federal regulations (BSA, AML, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, Reg CC).
• Travel to assigned branches as needed.
