• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team and supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and train on processes and procedures.
• Support membership by processing memberships, upgrades, and benefits.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and self-checkout.
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Complete and maintain required documentation and financial records as needed.
