Sam's Club in Fountain Valley, CA is hiring for a full-time associate in a front-end/support role. The position offers hourly wages of $23.00 to $31.00 and may include varied shifts.

You will assist with supervision, member services, and daily club operations to deliver a positive member experience. Responsibilities include training associates, processing memberships and credit accounts, handling transactions, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and supporting ethical standards and the Open Door

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience with front-end equipment (eg. cash register) and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Front-end supervision experience in preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, and provide guidance on member service.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote benefits.
• Handle claims, returns, merchandising, and maintain club cleanliness and safety.
