Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas and verify membership cards for safety.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management.
• Manage merchandise, zone areas, and identify shrink and damages.
• Assist with training of associates on processes and new technology.
• Encourage continuous improvement and address opportunities.
• Support ethics, integrity, and Open Door Policy.
