Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Livonia, MI is seeking a dedicated Member Services Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced club environment and enjoys helping members achieve their fitness goals.

In this full-time, in-person role you will lead the front desk team, enroll new members, and promote Dot Fit products while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining club standards.

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of SOPs and club policies.
• Communicate and implement club policies to employees.
• Encourage staff teamwork and productivity.
• Make decisions effectively.
• Generate appointments via referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Follow up on prospects and conduct gym tours to enroll members.
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products.
• Maintain records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Perform daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.


• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.


• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.


• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.


• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.


• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership


• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation


• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).


• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
