Job summary

Bridge Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services representative in Dayton, OH. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and related transactions, while providing exemplary member service and accurate cash handling.

The role includes account maintenance, cross-selling services, and occasional vault duties. Requirements include high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Cash handling and call center experience preferred.
• Good communication skills. Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone; data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open/close accounts, renew certificates, and assist members with inquiries.
• Actively cross-sell Credit Union services.
• Serve members promptly and professionally; act as daily vault teller when needed.
