Qualifications

• Attain and maintain the appropriate state property & casualty license within 60 days of hire.
• Successful completion of customer service, club and travel training within 6 months.
• Knowledge of insurance and travel terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to members with insurance policies and travel.
• Conduct outbound calls for promotions and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist management in training less senior personnel.
