• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Keeps entrance/exit areas organized and safe; observes and reports unsafe conditions.
• Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and tool usage; may roll out new programs.
• Complies with policies and maintains documentation and logs.

• Supports team as a collaborator and mentors others as needed.
