Job summary

The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is seeking a part-time Membership Services Representative in Spokane, WA to support registration for memberships and programs. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process cash transactions, and maintain accurate records in a friendly, professional environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of public-facing experience, proficiency with standard business software, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations for membership enrollment and programs.
• Greet members and determine needs, directing them appropriately.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Process cash transactions and reconcile till drawer daily.
• Provide facility tours and encourage membership enrollment.
• Build positive relationships with members and staff.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
