Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience working with the public and cash handling.
• Proficiency with standard business software.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications upon hire.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Process membership registrations and program enrollments.
• Greet members and direct them to destinations.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Accept and reconcile cash transactions daily.
• Provide facility tours and encourage membership enrollment.
• Build positive relationships with members and staff.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
• Support annual fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.
