Job summary

Amicalola EMC in Jasper, GA is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver high-quality, professional customer service to members and staff. The role includes answering calls, processing payments, and guiding members through operating procedures to meet their electric needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred additional education in business or customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Business or customer service education preferred.
Prior experience in customer service.
Ability to learn internal software and maintain member data accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and provide high-quality customer service to members.
Handle cash payments and maintain a cash drawer accurately.
Help members navigate operating procedures to meet their electric needs.
Maintain member data in internal software with accuracy.
Work onsite Monday–Friday at one of three Georgia locations (Jasper, Ellijay, Dahlonega).
