This role focuses on reliability, security, and performance of the technology environment, provides technical support, and requires a related degree and a high school diploma.

On‑site role with occasional after-hours support, and a commitment to safeguarding information resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; related college degree preferred.
• College degree in computer science or information technology or closely related field.
• Experience in computer services and maintenance preferred.
• Experience with server and storage environments and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, maintains and supports the IT system operation and development.
• Administers server and storage environment.
• Assists in troubleshooting local and wide area networks.
• Provides risk management and information security incident reporting.
• Enforces safeguards and access controls for information systems.
• Other duties or projects as required.
