Qualifications

• At least 18 months experience in Service Associate II role.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts and related questions.
• Provide friendly, accurate service by answering calls and in-person inquiries.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, money orders, and gift cards.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and support recordkeeping.
