• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Delivers service aligned with Service Promises and service goals.
• Assists members with selection of accounts and financial services.
• Performs routine teller transactions and maintains balancing.
• Researches and resolves account inquiries via multiple channels.
• Ensures compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/CDD policies.
