Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a Member Services Officer I/II to deliver WOW-level member and coworker service in a fast-paced contact center. The role uses active listening and product knowledge to resolve concerns while upholding the Credit Union Promise of Personal, Professional and Proactive service.

Hours vary by shift; the contact center operates weekdays 7am–7pm and weekends 9am–3pm (PT).

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle routine inquiries with minimal assistance.
• Achieves established Quality Assurance expectations.
• Directs complex calls to appropriate personnel and maintains service quality standards.
• Responds to member inquiries about products, services and Credit Union policies in a professional manner.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations related to operations.
• Participates in team meetings and adheres to schedule guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
